The Steckman Ridge Compressor Station shutdown August 23, 2009.
The second emergency shutdown incident occurred October 2009.
The gas processing plant in Clearville, PA shutdown the third time on January 20, 2010.
A historical pattern of problems and it needs corrected if there is any such thing as correcting it.
Some landowners report there have been eight shutdown incidents at the gas processing plant and say not all eight have been reported to DEP but they have them marked on their calendar!
Most landowners in Clearville are oblivious to the toxic pollution dangers. In local restaurants, they are grumbling but no action is taken because no one knows what to do.
Elected officials have better things to do than worry about pollution. They say money is out there in be had in the gas industry! They need more natural gas drilling because it will temporally boost the economy with employment and the green backers ensure stumbling blocks are removed. They have been sold a candy coated package!
The logics of thinking behind these toxic ventures can be summed up as:
Suck up the dirty air, drink the polluted water, money in my pocket, money in venturers pocket who already own "Liquid Gold" better known as crystal clear water. Start thinking about importing clean water from the Paraguay largest water aquifer in the world owned by the Bush family in Argentina.
Business and politics as usual. Can you escape to Paraguay, the elite already has a plan, they can. http://www.trufax.org/general/bush_family_paraguay_hideaway_up.html
How long will it take to destroy all of the air, water and soil?
The endangered species of landowners in Clearville, PA have learned toxic chemicals were found in water tests after the August 23, 2009 emergency shutdown.
Chemical # 1 is shown at: http://clearville.wordpress.com/
